- Elevated viaducts
- Receiving Substations (RSS)
- Ancillary buildings and station premises
- Foot Over Bridges (FOB)
- Vinod Nagar Depot
- Vinod Nagar Staff Quarters

The scope of the project is categorized as a General Maintenance Contract and will cover essential maintenance tasks to ensure structural integrity, cleanliness, functionality of systems, and aesthetic upkeep across the mentioned metro assets.
