Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) has awarded two contracts worth over Rs. 50 crore to DC Facility Management Services and ANU Constructions for completing balance architectural finishing works at 13 metro stations—12 underground and one elevated—on the Reach-6 line under Phase-2 of the Bangalore Metro Rail Project.
DC Facility Management Services – Package 1:
- Tender Number: BMRCL/Bal Arch. Wks/RT01 & RT02/R6-UG/2025/124
- Awarded Amount: Rs. 23.74 crore
Scope of Work:
- The contract includes the balance architectural finishing works at six underground metro stations:
- Dairy Circle
- Lakkasandra
- Langford
- Rashtriya Military School
- MG Road
- Shivajinagar
The scope comprises general finishing work including masonry, flooring, plastering, site development, horticulture, and PHE works. Environmental safeguards, roadwork coordination with BBMP, and final documentation submission (as-built drawings) are also included.
Execution Considerations:

- Support for public utilities during construction
- Compliance with pollution and safety norms
ANU Constructions – Package 2:
- Tender Number: BMRCL/Bal. Arch. Wks/RT03 & RT04/R6-UG/2025/125

- This contract covers finishing works at six more underground stations:
- Cantonment
- Pottery Town
- Tannery Road
- Venkateshpura
- KG Halli
- Nagawara
- And also one elevated station:
- Kalena Agrahara
The tasks mirror those of Package 1, ensuring structural, aesthetic, and utility-based finishing is completed in line with metro construction standards and engineering best practices.
Environmental and Quality Mandates:
Both contractors are tasked with minimizing air, noise, and water pollution, ensuring strict adherence to MoRTH specifications for road works, and conducting quality assurance checks. Defect liability compliance and final documentation submission are integral to project closure.
